Congratulations and welcome to Grimmway Academy. In order to complete your child's enrollment process, the parent or legal guardian must complete the following required documents. Due to the Covid-19 restrictions on public meetings, we ask that families complete these forms electronically.

Please fill out the registration form for each child you are enrolling. You may need to refer back to the videos if you
need assistance.

Please complete the following forms. These forms must be completed and sent back to the school by June 15. You may either scan and email to enrollarvin@grimmwayschools.org or drop them office at the school.
